Fire Brigade Museum Ohe
If you love the fire brigade a visit to the Reinbeker village Ohe is well worth it. Apart from the many helmets and personal equipment pieces one can find also the old hand-held pressure nozzle as well as different old carry power-nozzles.
A little time travel through the fire prevention history.
The museum was inaugurated in 1970 and is situated in the old school's main building since 1985.
Whether old or young the apparent clarity of the technical progress with the help of the exhibits is impressive. The visitor gets an individual insight into the fire brigade's work and equipment in the past century. These exhibits are not only conserved but still completely ready for action today.
This is privately setup collection. Thus there are no fixed opening times. The owners are happy to show the collection by interest and prior date agreement. Contact Jan Papke telephone (04104) 7712
